Objectives

Commitments

  1. Safe Working Environment

    • Conduct regular risk assessments to identify and mitigate potential hazards.
    • Maintain all equipment, tools, and workspaces in a safe and serviceable condition.
    • Ensure appropriate safety measures are in place for on-site and off-site projects, including 3D virtual tours.
  2. Health and Wellbeing

    • Promote mental and physical wellbeing through supportive workplace practices.
    • Provide ergonomic assessments and adjustments for workstations, including remote setups.
  3. Training and Competence

    • Deliver health and safety induction training to all new employees and contractors.
    • Provide specific training for high-risk tasks or equipment usage.
  4. Incident Management

    • Establish clear procedures for reporting, investigating, and resolving workplace incidents.
    • Learn from incidents by identifying root causes and implementing preventive measures.
  5. Emergency Preparedness

    • Develop and communicate emergency response plans, including fire drills and first aid procedures.
    • Ensure first aid kits and trained personnel are available at all work sites.

Responsibilities

  • Management: Lead by example in promoting health and safety, ensuring policies and procedures are followed.
  • Employees and Contractors: Take reasonable care for their own health and safety and that of others, and report any hazards or incidents promptly.
  • Health and Safety Officer: Oversee compliance with this policy, conduct risk assessments, and provide guidance on health and safety matters.

Monitoring and Review

Images for Industry Limited will regularly monitor health and safety practices to ensure compliance and effectiveness. This policy will be reviewed annually or as required to reflect changes in legislation or operational needs.
